ENTS, Maple trees are now past the bud stage and should leaf this
week or next. Azaleas are starting to bloom, they are so lovely. When
they get full I'll get some photos. Its been in the 70's lately so
many other types of trees are also budding. Jasmine is flowering, its
one of the first plants that does, they had flowers two weeks ago. My
Bees are gathering pollen and I'll have some honey In Late April. I
have two hives in Ocean Springs. I'll post some photos of them, and
later this spring I'll try to get some swarming photographs. It is
awesome to watch them work the hive. Other insects are also waking up
(gnats and mosquitos) yuk! Next weekend I'll be in the Atlanta, time
permitting maybe I can check out some local big trees. Larry

Larry,

I blew out a foot of snow from the driveway yesterday morning in order to get my van unstuck so I could go to work.

Larry,

I just visited the Abbeville Co area of SC. Some trees are also
starting to flower there too. Leafout will follow shortly. They are
usually 2-3 weeks ahead of the mountains of WNC.
