Here's the 117" CBH wild cherry I saw on March 16 in Wharton State
Forest. It's such a sad-looking tree, but I don't think it's going
to die any time soon. I'm not sure I've ever seen a wild cherry just
give up and die.

This is the largest wild cherry that I know of. (There was one on
one of the golf courses at work that may have been bigger, but the
idiots cut it down several years ago. It was in an out-of-play area
too.)
